"Search" no worky

I can't get the search button to work any more. I can type in something as simple as "FJ" and it always says:

"Sorry - no matches. Please try some different terms."

This is in both the normal search mode and advanced search. Any help/ideas would be appreciated.

'fj' is such a COMMON term, you won't any worthwhile results...

just typed in about 10 searches, all returned relevant results - no issues.

I'm not sure what I was doing wrong, but it seems to be working like normal again.
