just wondering if anybody has some input .

i have found these ones online

eureka

pahaque - pahaque also has an optional rain fly as an extra purchase

pinnacle tents

cabelas

http://www.cabelas.com/product/Cabe...laskan+guide&WTz_l=Header;Search-All+Products

all of these have walls to keep the rain out i hope .
i,ve gone back and for on which one i like for days now .
but starting to think i may pick up the eureka. it is suppose to do a good job of keeping the rain out .
the pinnacle side flaps zip fully shut .the cabelas is a round tent not square i think i need square and not all flaps/ sides can be opened.
anyways just curious if anybody has any other input or ideas or suggestions .

ps
our tent is the cabelas alaskan giude that was why i looked at the cabelas shelter .

Hm.
Don't have one so I can't suggest which.

Once you've decided I would be interested in what you got, why and how it works out.

Cheers

i just ordered the Eureka Northern breeze 12 , it had good reviews, i liked how the flaps opened up ,3 season ,and the Eureka brand is decent .
shelter is square also , Cabela's is octagon so i passed on it .i also liked the poles 6065 Aluminum and finally i picked this one because of price
Amazon Canada had it on sale $379.99 and i couldn't pass this deal up

i get it next week and will set it up ASAP

here's a pic of our old one ,it lasted about 10 years but finally tore apart in a storm during this last trip.

well i thought i would add a quick pic of the Eureka Northern breeze 12 x 12
this screen tent is awesome . goes up quick ,it is huge. and very well constructed it is better than i ever expected
Velcro everywhere ,zippers great, wind and rain flaps on all 4 corners the black part overlaps and Velcros down great
nice poles . an aluminum center hub , great packaging and multiple bags inside of carry bag ,
one bag for poles one bag for tent and then they both go into carry bag .they have an optional snap in floor which
i would think could turn this into a decent tent very stable in the wind also the way the tent is constructed it actually puts tension on the roof poles .
to keep it more stable it actually puts a slight arch or curve into the roof supporting poles making this tent very stable and tight in the wind
they also make it in a 10x10 now . honestly if thinking of buying one of these i would recommend seeing them set up
the 12x12 is huge and tall but awesome i love it very happy with it i would recommend this to anyone , eureka thought of everything

only have a couple pics not the greatest , i had it set up in my yard ,it need to be hosed off after 12 days in the bush .
