nice work!
how did you get those all in the rental car?
what did they say at the border ?

My rental was small so I shipped them Canada post at the 7-11 down the street from Dave's. But the border patrol was not interested in anything, they just looked at out passports and let us thru.

WOW ,
10 units , Im just having an image of have 10 going into USA via car and b o m b driver !!, the border guys would freak @ 10..

So whats the cost of shipping ? per Can Sir?

If there that needed, and shipping is covered, I drive by /in / thru New-west every 3 weeks. Shipping to usa I do every week, never a problem with Canada post to USPS.

Im going to drop in a buy some myself..

shipping per can i don't know but it cost 66 bucks and change Canadian for 5 cans (about 14 LB). I ran out of money or else it would of been a diffrent story.;)

I'd like to get two of these cans and will happily pay for product, shipping, and several six packs worth of Molson or whatever you want to offset the trouble to get them and send them here. Any takers out there in Canada? Thanks.

i know i said in the past i'll try . maybe i'll give it a go again i will be going over to daves this week i need another can .i head to the US every second week .with two of my own cans and fill them up .
the border dude says nothing about them when i bring them into the states.. if i am not two lazy i may head by the post office and see what the shipping is from the U.S. postal outlet. . i finally renewed my passport .i head across the border to fill up the truck and tanks . and hit costco for some cheap goods.

Man, that would be wonderful! I think it can be a win-win for "brothers from a common mother". I used to live in BC and would drive down to Point Roberts all the time to fuel up. If I had only known then what I know now, I would have sent MFC's by the box!!!

Looks like I am heading up to Victoria and Vancouver for Victoria Day in May. I will be swinging by and stocking up on Scepter MFC's at Dave's Surplus. I think I can fit about thirty of them in the back of my LandCruiser. I will bring them back Stateside and sell the ones I don't need. Probably around $85 to $90. Let me know if you want me to pick up some for you.

Is it illegal to import them?
Might be good to check on before you get 30 odd cans confiscated at the border.

Nope, not illegal as an individual to own them or bring them across borders. The federal government just doesn't allow businesses to manufacture, import, or sell them anymore. I'll probably set up a classifieds thread if I go through with this.

Well, I did it. Got 33 cans total (mostly fuel, but some water too). Already sold a few to local friends (plus a few for myself). Anyway, I set up a classified thread...have at it!

By the way, these cans are way stouter than I thought they would be. They are very nice...
