Thought I had found a local source for Scepter water cans at a hunting/fishing/military supply store. The cans were 5 gallons, heavy plastic, green and with the large cap which had the pour spout and capped vent. The sides had "U.S. Military" on them and no other obvious lettering. In small letters I found "Royal Maid association for the blind, Hazelhurst, MS". Price on these was comparable to the Scepters. I passed on purchasing one because if I'm going to spend $25+ I want to go with a known manufacturer.
