Thinking 'bout a sage and sausage stuffing this year to go with the bird, which will go on the Webber.
Anyone have a good mix for this stuffing? I did a quick run on line, and it looks pretty simple. I just would like input from other Mudders.
What are the rest of you doing special?

Not at our house this Turkey day. But, and admittedly I'm alone on this in our family, I love stuffing/dressing that includes chopped fresh oysters in the mixture.

S, I'm with you.. I love a cornbread dressing with oysters. If I make it I add in a little andouille sausage and rubbed sage as well. I have even tried it with the native sagebrush leaves in Wyoming one year. Pretty tasty indeed.

Happy Thanksgiving boys.

Had the kibash put on the stuffing from the wife, but it was so busy, and we forgot to fix it any way
