Camped up on Saddleback last night. We entered on Indian Truck Trail which was perfect for the trailer's first trail test run. I haven't welded on the shock mounts yet, so it was a little floppy, but not a big deal. It rained all morning and it was pretty cool being able to hang out "indoors" out of the rain/wind.

AdventureBuddies Aluminum Offroad Teardrop build

I think I fixed the signature link. I've made a lot of progress since the last post on the build thread.

Electrical system is now fully installed including switched side flood lights, massive AGM battery, ceiling mounted oscillating fan, shore power and charging system, and rear flood lights that are both switch controlled and come on when the vehicle is put in reverse.

Plumbing system is pretty much finished including the four 9 gallone tanks which can be valve separated to only fill 2 of the tanks, 2.8 gpm surflo pump with accumulator tank, side-mounted hose spigot for exterior cold water, and on-demand propane water heater with exterior access to temp controls for exterior shower.

Up next: shocks, propane system, tongue storage box, and rear kitchen pull-out on 48" slides.

Thanks. One more pic.

There's a flat promontory perfect for camping. Don't know if it's "official" or not.

Also, Dave, I tried to PM you about something else but it's full. Can you send me your email address via PM?

Looks good Markus. Where'd you camp? There's no dispersed camping up there as far as i know.
