I'm local Sacramento guy and a long time lurker of this thread. I just haven't been able to make it out to one of the beer/pizza nights. But I thought I would help out reaching the 1k posts. I was also considering heading to Fordyce in a week. Seems like the only local thread so I thought why not?
 
All good. Thanks for the effort! I love fordyce: gorgeous area! I'll be in homewood next week and heading into the con from that side for a day trip or two if you want to head all the way up the hill.... I posted here when I was "new" too. Throw up a new thread in this (trails/events) section with Sacramento in the title line and locals will prob see it.

I was up at the top o Cadillac hill and did an up and back to buck lake... Met the new springs operators in their *eep (he gave me a quick spotting at the top of Cadillac) Saw cruiserdrew, Alvaro, and my apologies, I have a huge brainfart on the third cruiser guy... Great to meet y'all tho! See you in a week!

The age of Pighead in Sacramento is over, maybe you guys should have a new thread. Then again, in just 13 or 14 more posts, this thread would be the most replied to thread in Trails-Events-Expeditions...
