Rusty FJ40 in Michigan Cheap

Came across an ad in The Ann Arbor Freebees for a very rusty FJ40. I went to look at it and looks like all the major part are there but I'm not interested. It is a 1970 with three speed on the column. Every body part is rusted but might be good for parts. It is on wheels and could be rolled up on a trailer. The owner is asking $40.
