As has been said earlier, winter is coming. I had better get at it.
Thanks for all the info.

see the bottom of the page for the aviation part numbers.

I suggest av8 for flowing into areas, and av30 to coat area, thin coats are best .

Greg_B to order call Aviall or any aviation company in Vancouver.

To order industrial versions, call acklands or some other type company.

Serious resperators needed for this stuff, do not get mist into lungs or eyes. It will be in your eyes for a bit and forever in your lungs. Skin contact is not so bad.

But this s*** is the best...hands down. This is not an oil product. this is what boeing uses. maybe even the space shuttle eh?

When I worked in the indian ocean(battery acid ocean) this was the only thing that kept the airplanes from corroding and sinking to the sea. Hey they still corroded but this stuff properly applied won the battle against salt.

If any one can't find I can find the local BC vendor. Or alberta. We bought drums of it.

I just "aquired" a gallon of lps #3. Blew it in all the nooks and crannys with my engine cleaning wand hooked up to my air compressor.

Does the cleaning wand have some sort of pressure take?? Or is there enough suction from the compressed air going through the wand to suck up the rust proofing liquid and spray it??

I want to do my own rust proofing as well this year so I was thinking of doing the same.

Thanks,
Todd

The wand has an eductor setup that sucks degreaser or in this case lps and shoots it into a fine mist.

Cheers
