About to modify my stock roof rack with some 8020 and I plan on adding lights shortly thereafter. What’s the best way to run the wires into the engine compartment? I’ll probably go with an Spod eventually, I’m guessing running the wires down the side of windshield with some silicone?

I have two sets of 14/4 in mesh loom, one running up each A puller tucked under the lip. I drilled two 1/8” holes to secure with zip ties. Can post a pic later if you’d like. Gives me four circuits, each with a separate ground.

Did you use the mesh loom to help disguise the wires or uv protection?

My 200 has the wires run thru the lift gate, but on my 4Runner, I ran them up the edges of the windows, and used some black permatex sealant to disguise them.
