Running Board Step Pad info requested

Hey, Gang.

Is there any chance any of you have been able to locate new step pads? Passenger side came up and was destroyed. Here is a picture of the driver's side for reference. I ain't been able to find a replacement for these. Any info or help would be greatly appreciated.

Is it anything more special that just rubber? Could you just cut a new one out of a runner mat?

I could easily cut somethin out, so long as I can find somethin long/wide enough. This is my end resort, if I can't find new pads.
