RR wheel spin resistance (while up on stands)

Had the truck up on stands while doing a rotation, thought I'd start it up and put it in drive to listen for a new exhaust rattle. I peeked under just in time to see the right rear wheel slow to a stop.. the truck needs a lot of stuff but this got me wondering if it's more likely a bearing, or brake, or some other issue.. for reference it's a 93 factory locked FZJ80

Likely handbrake adjusted slightly tighter on that wheel than the other side.
With the diffs open and no load on the tires, all the torque will transfer to the "free" side.
