Future mods include MetalTechCage rock sliders and bumpers. (As soon as Mark gets them done!)

CAD, CAD, CAD….Weld weld weld, test. Weld weld, bend tube, bend tube, CAD, laser cut, weld weld weld test. They are coming. Yours are right after Master Woodys.

Dig the photos Chad!

Nice lookin rig.

Where did you find that floor mat for the 2nd row seats? That'd be real nice since my floor back there is going to die a slow death with all the gravel rocks coming off people's shoes or the spilled drinks from the kids back there.

LR,

Do you know if they are only a call in type product? I didn't see any on their website listed for the Land Cruiser of any year.

I'd also be interested in a drawer system. Depending on the time you would have them done, I'd jump on it like a fat kid on a cupcake.

Looks great I love the creative photograph clear bypassing the rockers clearly indicting that the sliders are way over due. Looks great!

Lr resq, before they get surrounded by armour, pull off the cut n' turn mod. Makes a really big difference.

Yeah, that is def a mod I am planning. I should do a full exhaust. I ended up running over my resonator and I've been driving with the exhaust cut off about four inches past the main muffler for the last four months...

how's that treating you in terms of sound, vibration and annoyingness?

Not too bad. It used to vibrate on the body when it was warm, but I just cut the exhaust back more. I does have the turbulance whistle at higher RPMs, but it's not annoying to me. Around town you can't hear it at all. It actually sounds like a supercharger if you really get on it, but I usually can't hear it over the sterio with the windows up. (And I don't play it too loud most of the time.) The sad thing is I think I'm going to miss the whistle when the new exhaust goes on.:frown:

Chad,

I'd think twice about the resonator if you really dont need it. I drove around for about 5 months without it and when i finally got a new one on, the amount of cabin noise from exhaust seemed to increase alot. If i could do it all over again, i'd leave the resonator off, then again i dont know any of the legalities involved and how it affects the truck...i'm guessing it wouldnt make a huge difference.

I like the rig. I also am intrested in a drawer in the back similar to yours. I was thinking that I could go get some 1/2 or 3/4 inch particle board and make one myself but it probibly wouldn't be as sturdy.

P.S. an idea for sliders, if u have access to a welder, buy some plate steel and steel tubing and custom fab your own.

I don't think I will put a resonater on it when I put the new exhaust on. I just need the tailpipe!

For the drawer system, 3/4" partical board should work fine.

I thought about making my own sliders, but then what would I bitch at Mark about?
