Does the TJM have a provision for a rear trailer hitch?

If you need a hitch, you can attach the factory one. I never pull anything so I no longer have it on my truck.

What did the TJM rear bumper end up costing with the tire carrier? What is your impression of it? (build quality, cost, departure angle, etc)
I'm trying to decide on a rear bumper.
