Here'a a pic of the rack on top of the 45. Typical ConFerr:
I have that model rack. Thule rack feet work well with it. Just get some heavy sq tubing for the cross bars. Better then the heavy duty bull dog clamps. For heavy loads a piece of plywood in the bottom is required. A coat of zero rust makes it look new again.

That's some good info llih. For others that may be considering my rack, could you give some of us less knowledgeable folk a ballpark idea what Thule rack feet go for.

Badass, the only pic I have is the one in THIS thread.
If you build your own crossbars, you can use the rack on anything you like. Not being facetious; that's just how it is. I mounted a 4 foot wide rack on my K-5 by making my own crossbars. Then, about 8 years ago I made a second set of crossbars so that I could mount the same rack on my fj60. Pic of that rack here:

Shipping will prolly kill this deal for most. Sounds like CodyRx7 has a better shot, but you can call me at the shop tomorrow if you're serious. I think [and that's only a think] that I can greyhound this cross country for $90.00.

Well Cody, it looks like you're up! I can bring the rack out to Calico in two weeks, but don't otherwise have the time to drive eastwards your way. If you can't make it out to Burbank, then you could just send me the $$ and I can have someone closer to you take it back with them from Calico.
