The easiest way for someone to trace it for you is to use a white blanket or bed sheet. Trace the top while the sheet is taped to the floor. When done, they ship you the sheet.
have you tried to "pop out" the top yet....it will take alot but you should be able to pop-that out.
a jack and a 2x4....between the 2x4 and fiberglass use a piece of plywood 3/8" thick (8"x8" square) so the edges of the 2x4 dont press on the fiberglass.....my 2c

what about some sort of expansion foam to get the interior profile?
