Complete Owner History, Sold New at Sandy Springs Toyota in Georgia, 111,786 Original Miles, Always Garaged, All Original, Correct style Reproduction tires, Steering Box and Carburetor were rebuilt by well known Land Cruiser restorer in California. Seats were recovered in correct materials in California. Everything works as it should. Runs and Drives outstanding even after sitting for long periods of time. Have owned for just short of 5 years and thought I would never sell. Selling due to lack of use. I have too many classics in my collection and the FJ40 sits most of the time in my building. Drove it today after sitting at least 3 months, fired right up and idled correctly as it always has in my ownership. Much maintenance items were done by previous owner during his ownership. I had the front axle seals restored in December 2021 and full service. Tires might have 200 miles on them since installed. New Gold Battery 12/2024. Needs nothing but a new caretaker who will drive her more. This is the nicest Survivor FJ40 I have ever seen and not modified. This FJ40 is for the Toyota collector who appreciates originality. I have full documentation file and original owners manual. Original ignition key. Not rusted anywhere very solid 56 year old FJ40.

I owned this rig for about 10 years and sold it to John. It’s a great survivor and very honest rig. Perhaps the most rust free rig I’ve ever owned.
John is a very stand up and guy and has an incredible car collection that he takes great care of. You’d be lucky to own this piece of history.

I liked this rig so much I never changed my avatar after I sold it
