This Installation Sheet from Toyota should get you started with some part numbers, etc. Everyone who runs RW wheels should have this document:

Toyota Installation Sheet for 17" TRD Alloy Wheels

Note: Many of the part numbers have been superceded, but if you search on the ones in the doc it will show the newer parts.

And yes, Tundra TPMS sensors will most probably not work in your LC/LX. And you will need the appropriate splined lug nuts.

Dang.. I just got my RW's with the RW Tundra TPMS sensors thinking they would communicate with my 200..

Anyone have PN's for what would work with a 2011 200? I don't want to remove the ones on my stocks...

All your questions answered in my previous post above.

These are what I use. Have purchased 10 of these from Amazon for my two sets of wheels. Going on 3 years, all are working well. Do you need lug nuts for the rock warrior wheels?
Thank you! I'll look into that! The OEM part numbers are having me screwed up from the spec sheet.

The seller included the gorilla tapered lug nuts that he used when they were on his RW Tundra. Those should be ok right?

Thanks Gaijin. The PN's on the spec sheet got me confused. The Spec sheet calls out the TPMS for the LC 200 as 42607-33011 which is not available anymore. Did 42607-33012 supersede it?

Those lug nuts should be fine, just make sure you get the necessary amount of turns, don’t quote me but I think you want 9 or 11? I found out the hard way with my aftermarket wheels, ordered a full set of the fancy black Mcgard lug nuts with the rotating washer (similar to the rock warrior lugs) but couldn’t get more then 5 or 7 rotations on the lug nut before bottoming out into the wheel. Had to buy a another set with extended threads which aren't as nice as the Mcgard.

Yes. When I search for the Part# in the Install Sheet (42607-33011) I get this:

Note that the new Part# is 42607-33012, and that it replaces Part# 42607-33011 among others.

Also, fitment on your 2011 LC200 is confirmed.

Weird that if he had a RW tundra that he doesn’t have the Toyota/McGard lugs

If they don't have the spinning seat the torque value won't be correct and you risk galling the mating surface on your wheels.

What @bloc said.

As a guy who has acquired, and passed a zillion RW wheels on to others (I’ve bought and more than 65 rock warrior wheels now,.. and have 5 available, BTW…) )… the ONE set I chose to completely REJECT, even though it was a super low price…and could have been sold easily… —I passed on it because of the clear damage resulting from non-conical-washer-based lug-nuts. The damage was *pronounced” even though the wheels looked otherwise good.

Definitely insist on using lug nuts with conical washes on these wheels. TONS of lug-nut sets show up cheap **but most don’t have the washers! Stick with Mcgard/TRD.

Yes!! This is super important.

This is why I love this forum. What are the best lugs for the RW application? Can’t find the factory TRD sets anywhere.

TRD lug set were actually manufactured (and still are) by Mcgard.
*I added Amazon links below.

I always skip the wheel-locks often included with full sets and just add 4 more lug nuts & toss the locks in the bin. The spline adapter already required helps against crimes of opportunity, and the locks are more likely to break, leaving you stuck…far more often than be stolen.

Here ya go:

There are actually a few kits as well that include the same lugs. When i was shopping i found a few open box kits on eBay, so got 32lugs, 2 keys, and a bunch of locks I don't need for about $100. There are also a whole series of kits that have the same thread, but the overall length is slightly longer. I used to have a list of those, but I'm not sure I've ever seen a post that definitely said they work fine, so i stuff with the 1.648 length lug nuts.

@Markuson @gaijin @lx200inAR @bloc are you aware of any ET (extended thread) lug nuts with the conical washers like the Mcgard /rock warrior Lug nuts?

I have a set of four TPMS sensors (five, but the valve stem on one broke) that were original on my 2016 that I'd hooks somebody up with a great deal on. I've had them in an ABS container to spoof my system for a bit.

I also have a set of five TPMS sensors for the earlier 200 (Rock Auto fitment snafu) that I have had on for a year or so, but they're on a set of black 2017 trd pro rims that have some rock rash, on and BFG AT KO2s 33s (one rim and tire like new - the spare). I'm open to a fair deal on those - they're not for the show and shine crowd, but for someone that uses their 200 offroad this would be a nice upgrade from stock.

Maybe what @lx200inAR is referring to? I use the shorter length but was aware there was a slightly longer one too. Can't see why they wouldn't work.

Just some extra info for people that may not know.. as of 2014 or 15 the TPMS part numbers changed a few times so years after that can't be considered interchangeable. There are some threads with specifics.. but anyone interested in the deal above needs to be sure the parts will work. I'm confident Charlie would help you sort that out.

To clarify on the lug nuts, I am not running rock warrior wheels, the method and Evo corse wheels require the extended thread (ET) Lug nuts. I havent been able to find these ET lug nuts with the washer like the Mcgard/rock warrior lug nuts have.

If anyone is looking for a set of the black Mcgard (rock warrior) lug nuts let me know.

I didn't find any washer ET lugs either. And still have a brand new set of Mcguard lugs sitting in a bag to go on ebay at some point. I did find longer studs, but they cost $10 each.

Thanks for the help guys. I guess I'm projected to spend more money on getting the TPMS sensors and new lugs. Just glad the wheels are in mint condition.

Here's the research I did, saved in my notes (but please verify):

TPMS Notes

2016-2020 (came out of my 2016, and replacements confirmed to work in my 2016)
Pacific PMV-C015
Denso 550-0106 (reboxed Pacific)
Toyota 42607-48010 (reboxed Pacific)

What the Denso chart erroneously said fits my 16, and Rock Auto sold me (does not work in my 2016, techstream cannot communicate with the sensor)
Pacific PMV-C010
Denso 550-0105 (reboxed Pacific)

Here' is what TPMS.com says about the PMV-C010 - only shows fitment for 2015 Land Cruiser amongst a long list of other fitments:

I actually think you’ll be fine on non-RW wheels without the spinning seat. The lugs designed for your type of wheel usually have a very thin section around the stud to keep things concentric and a very small angled contact face.. and I’m not even sure the angle is the same as in rock warriors.

I suspect the tendency of rock warriors to gall if there isn’t a spinning seat is caused by the metallurgy of the forged aluminum specifically. I know LOTS of aluminum wheels mount like yours without issues, despite even more contact pressure from the thinner seat.. this would usually make galling worse.

And for the record, depending on how bad it is some galling won’t necessarily ruin the wheels. The used set of rock warriors I bought used the incorrect lugs previously, doing light damage, but upon using the correct lugs it isn’t any worse.. in fact it may be getting slightly better now that it has a smooth steel surface compressing the uneven bits, without sliding across the aluminum of the wheel to make it worse. The guy gave me the lugs with the wheels and they had small chunks of aluminum bonded to the mating surface from the galling! Definitely would have gotten worse using those.

Im using some cheap lugs from Amazon, recommended here on Mud, for my Evo Corse. Definitely not the same quality as the factory style spinning seat, but they are what the application calls for. For better or worse.

Amazon product ASIN B00QLIOCIG
Getting this kit left me with four extras - three for the Dissent tire carrier, and one for the cargo box. :)
