and in case you wondered about what the intake looks like: ( btw this is gonna be eliminated, i am currently fabbing a oil bath/water trap filter that will be much more efficient. cause currently i have a filter i cut into a 3" circle i inserted in there)

i used 2.125" pipe for the stack. bent it myself. used a ford truck heat shield.
the snorkel is made from 3" pipe i bent my self
has a 22R bottom end with a 20R top end.
weber carb.
stage 2 cam.
the frame rails have been scientifically altered and injected with high density PNW mud.
the intereior was too nice when i got it. so i gutted it and sold it. ( didnt see fit to paint it crusty brown)
has 2 worn out blue seats.
35x12.5" TSL SSR's

linclon locked the rear :hillbilly:

and a 4 inch lift
with no power steering with drag link setup
rest is stock stock stock

i painted it camo. made a stencil from dead leaves.

i used toilet sealer. the o ring wax thing you slap between the pipe on the floor and the toylet

and hell no i dont wash that truck. i let mother nature take its course in that department.

oh, but my sly brother in law spent the night one time. he thot he would prank me.
he woke up early and washed it. he knew it would chap my hide. lil bastage
 
:lol:eeeww. its definatly new.

it held up good for a while. maybe 20 hours of driving.

then it seemed to break down and never really was solid again.
its not there any more.

i cut out a rubber mat. the kind you stand on if you have foot or ankle problems.
its almost like memory/space foam.

i cut it into the shape of the carb. that worked better, but eventually wore a hole in it.

so now i slapped a bunch of FIPK on the adapter and carb. let it dry, and now put it together. it seals real good now.

i took out the choke and filled the hole with the FIPK
 
note the ty raps on the upper radiator hose.

i was out on the trail and the clamp decided to leave its home.
once it started steaming, i realized this.

so i filled it with what i had in my truck and what i had in my bladder.
then zipped the ty raps on there.
it has worked so good, they are still on there.
this happened in winter of 05

and of course i flushed it with water the next day.

i dont know what they are, i have not modified or check it. i have only re-sealed the carb.
 
Thats freakin awsome. I love that truck. Really like the art on the tailgate. It just seems to fit.:beer:

thanks guys. :D i painted it that on there with a stencil i made out of heavy gauge cardboard.

i like the misfits alot, and i thot it was only right to put it on my favorite truck.

I used to work at a place on a busy road. maybe 50,000 cars would pass by my truck every day.
i quit there about a year ago. i attened a 4X4 cruise in just recently. almost everyone there said 'hey i know where you work!'
as far as i know, i am the only guy in clark county that has a skull on the tailgate. i also think that it is intimidating.


oh plus i have that same skull tattooed on my arm, so incase i forget what truck is mine i just match the pictures! :doh: ;)

If you can't remember which truck is yours I hope you don't remember where the keys are! :D

....There was a Misfits song I like when I was in High School...... I"ll have to remember that.... I was a little bit punk rock.
 
all i did was lay some dead leaves on a heavy guage cardboard, and sprayed white over top of em. then i used an exatco knife to cut out the shape of the leaves. it turned out very cool
 
Ah The Misfits... I Have All There Albums. I Love Horror Rock And Old School Punk Rock... Its All I Listen To Thes Day's, Well Besides A Bit Of Rammstien, And Enomine Evey Once In A good While.


Very Nice Mini, I Used To Have A Nice First Gen. That Is Until I Went To Far With A Sawzall. Now I Just Have A 4Runner. I Still Miss My Mini Though.
