Are you talking just the glass or the whole mirror? Check Partsouq.com to get appropriate part number then you can cross reference if there is a cheaper, local solution.

Funny, I just replaced mine, same side. I just entered the part number in the Google and went with the cheapest dealership, think it was $70 shipped for an LC mirror. Yours has an extra harness, not sure what for. Signal indicators? Non-oem?
If the mirror has LEDs for turn signals in the glass then it was dealer or port installed.
The company should be Muth and that should be written on the glass.

year and LX/LC in your sig would help too. It's not Muth, they have clear arrows.
Must be an LX or later model truck, here's the harness for an 07 LX. Dunno what the extra feature is - auto dimming? Way more expensive than my LC mirror, looks like $330+.
