Replacement Leather: good sources online ?

I'd still go with a place that color matches. You're not trying to match the original leather color, but what it's faded to over the past 19 years. I did a write-up on the leather refurb:

To @Dwight S and @100ownernow you both have roadwire correct? How are they holding up? Does anyone have a pic of the door inserts? I am toying with going with a completely non stock colored interior and I am curious if roadwire can do door inserts to match. Any comments on the roadwire process for ordering/design/install? I am a new 100 series owner and focusing on the important stuff like leather seats...

So far so good. I don’t think the kit offered door inserts (or not when i ordered) but you can order extra hides which will match your color scheme. The shop that did the install needed extra material to re-cover the center console .

Per the roadwire website their leather is not pre-shrunk and will tighten over time. Did you notice anything like that?

I have not had any issues. No slack in the seats that I’ve noticed. And no issues with the seams or install to date.

On my short list is a complete removal of the interior and carpets to clean everything and clean/replace seatbelt webbing.

When i get around to that, I’ll pull the seats and do a more thorough inspection - but Im not seeing any problems now.
