Replacement HVAC controls

I have this issue where the temp setting means nothing to the HVAC system. In cold weather the blend door is controlled reasonably well according to the inside temperature. On a hot day, I get full on heat for 60% of my drive.

Tried using contact cleaner on the inside air temp sensor. I pulled apart the the controls and cleaned the contact on the dials and buttons. Issue remains

Talked with the Toyota master tech locally and he’s fairly certain the HVAC control board is bad.

Looking around online it seems like this control board is specific to only the 100 series

Any recommendations for junk yards to call or someone parting out a 100 series?

Or something else I should do before going the replacement route?

I checked that when I cleaned the sensor on the dash. But I’ll double check when I get home next week!
