Replacement Fuel Vapor Separators: Now Available!

Catching up on things here, my website is now updated and shows all updated product info for the three versions of my vapor separators. Taking a break from developing new vapor separator models for now, but I may be working on different add-on options, such as metric hose adapters & check-valves / brackets. Eventually (if there's interest) I may look into developing separators for the 60-series cruisers.

I wanted to extend my thanks to the community here, this is has been a fun endeavor and I'm happy to be able to provide a replacement product for something that isn't available from Toyota anymore. Thanks to all of you who provided suggestions & those who helped test prototypes!

I put together a fitment guide for these separators, and I'd be curious if the historians here find any errors w/ it. I hope its helpful! So far its just based on part catalog info for North American 40-Series, so I have more work to do still.

That said, the thing that I cannot for the life of me find is a clear picture of any evap separator stamped w/ 77193-60012. All the ones I've found are stamped with "77193-60011-2A". I have a theory that this is actually the part number Toyota refers to as 77193-60012 (its the 2nd generation of the part), with the 60011-1A version being the one with the larger-sized vapor outlet (for the larger-sized check-valve, discontinued).

My idea that "60012 really being 60011-2A" is also reinforced by the late-gen separator (for the 79-84 Cruisers), they stamp it 77193-60013-1A. This has been a rabbit hole for me so I'm just gonna hope someone has some pics who can shed some light on this. I'm really hoping someone has a pic of a separator with either of the following:

• 77193-60011-1A (with a larger-sized vapor outlet port), this would confirm my theory
• 77193-60012, this would confirm my theory is wrong and I need more homework

In other news, I just migrated compyfab.com over to shopify so I can take orders direct now (as opposed to via ebay, which I'll maintain to some degree but will wind down). It was getting to be too much of a PITA to update my wordpress site and despite nearly a year of being out there, the search engines weren't picking it up. @CruiserTrash you had suggested shopify earlier in this thread, and that stuck w/ me... We'll see how it goes!

Hey Charlie, that looks like the old site. Since I just made the change last night, you might check again today. Some ISPs take a while for DNS changes to propagate fully.
