Any advice on replacing this failed heater hose on my 91? Certainly not finding a OEM replacement.
Running great but currently dead until I get this hose replaced. Mine started leaking, blowing up on one end. (photo attached)
Thanks for any help, advice, or recommendations

Easiest solution take the hose to Napa and ask to look at there formed hoses. You will have to cut whatever one you buy I’m sure but they will have something close maybe exact.

@senioroverlander : Can you post up a photo of where that hose is located and another photo showing the smaller bend (profile)?

Another option is spend some time on any parts website, type in Toyota and/or Land Cruiser heater hose and search through the various hoses/shapes,
or do a general search on the net (Toyota molded or formed heater hose), click on images, and search through the hundreds of results for something that might work.

Gates makes many formed/molded heater hoses so you could try some searches for those (see links):

Assuming that's a 5/8" (equivalent) ID hose look for 0.625" ID or 15.9mm ID

Here's an example using these search terms: Gates Formed Heater Hose Toyota:

More results substituting Gates Molded Heater Hose Toyota:

Here's one molded Gates hose that might be made to fit?? If it does fit you could order the actual Toyota part.

What I found that fits perfectly and direct from Toyota is the Toyota 87245-90K36 Heater Water Hose Outlet E
1988-1990 Toyota Land Cruiser 8724590K36.
Thanks for the responses on this but ended up going this route and all finished up.
