Replace Positive Battery Cable? LX470

One of the recommendations that came up on my pre-sale inspection was to replace the positive battery cable and service the negative terminal. I used some terminal cleaner+wire brush on both terminals and sprayed them down with protector. They didn't look too bad to me. Here's some photos of the terminals, mid-cleaning.

My question is, do I really need to replace the entire positive cable (which seems like a job since it runs into a junction box, etc.), or perhaps just the positive terminal, since it was pretty corroded? The truck doesn't have any electrical issues that I can see.

Honestly if they're making the right connection and aren't too corroded you should be fine. If not, you only need to replace the terminal. I switch all my vehicles to military grade terminals like:

Sleep makes an adapter to use the 100 series wire harness with those terminals.
