Hi!

I`ve got a set of Dick Cepek DC2 on my DD (Prado 90) that I`m gonna repaint, black or grey? Cant decide... Is there anybody here who has done this willing to share pics?
Thanks in advance!

Suppose I messed up the attached pic... Red car, all black or grey wheels? Any opinions?

Clear coating has let go several places and salt has attacked the aluminum...

Grey. Would look good with the body molding.

You can't go wrong with black. Are you planning to paint or powdercoat them?

I`m delivering them to the paint shop in a couple of weeks, sandblast then paint, so I have to decide soon... Agree with both answers. Can`t go wrong with black, but think maybe grey would look cleaner in a way...

Visited the paint shop yesterday. Blasted and primer on. Decided to go with grey, glad I didn`t order red
Red was never an option, wonder why

Took quite some time, but finally I had to deliver them to another paint shop because my painter unfortunately got sick. Let them dry over the weekend and put the tires back on.

Finally back on the car, so here it is if someone consider doing the same:

Happy with the result, looks good in grey I think!

So silver and not the black/gray issue?
Are you going to paint the spokes black or grey?
Wondering because I have a set of DC's in the "Torque"

Yeah, silver is more correct than grey... Planning on keeping them like this, clean and simple. Think they look good just the way they are now :)

Those look nice!
