I've done a search but I wanted to ask (my Haynes is not handy) how to remove. I've seen the clips on the back and have crawled in the wheel well but want to be careful since my metal rings are pretty bad. Tried a little twisting --I didn't think there was a nut on the inside of the wheel well and since I've seen photos of pigs having been painted and the little hump where the reflector goes appears to have no hole. I'm referring to all reflectors and just wondering if its all in the clips. I see some breakage in my future due to the condition of the rings. TIA for your help, Dave

My front fenders are '69. I found the reflectors at a swap meet. IIRC, there are two little studs on the back of the reflectors and two bolts on the inside of the fender that hold them on.
These are the front reflectors. I've never removed rear reflectors, don't know what holds them on.

You're right....studs are in bad shape though...time to break out kid gloves
