Trying to break down my hardtop today and only have the bow things above the front doors left to detach. I know they are multiple pieces but where do I start? I see the bolt coming up through the bow but it looks like the nut is part of the bow itself and cannot be reached with a normal ratchet. Any help is appreciated.

Thanks,

Chase

you have to undo the screws on the inside edge (where the grab handle on the passenger side attaches) and peel off the contoured part to get to the bolts that hold the "L" shaped part to the rain gutter.

Peel may not be the exact word, but pretty much what she said. Once you remove the round head philips screws on the inside of the bow, you will have to pry down a little on the outside half of the bow while trying to move the piece back and forth, also using a screwdriver to pry. Try not to stay in one position too long to lessen the likelihood of kinking the bow. They pop back in a lot easier than they come out. Once the outside half is out, you will see the bottom of the 6mm bolts going up into the roof panel.

Good luck.
