Morgan's site shows an Aisin hub not a Warn. Aisin hubs do have cone washers.

Lame excuse,
get two condoms, put one on your thumb and one on your forefinger,
Pick up warn...
Set Warn down (not back in the solvent)
take off condoms (we don't need to see them)

Get camera,

Take pic.

Put condoms back on fingers (same ones)
Put back in solvent

:flipoff2:

When you install everything again use some Anti-sieze. I use Copper Anti-sieze on all the cone washers and studs they go around. I also use it on the pins that hold the pads in and anything else that likes to get royally stuck.
btw. I've always been able to get the cone washers loose by gently tapping the ends of the studs (with nuts on but loose of course). Once the first one lets go the rest quickly follow. A little vibration and out they come.

ALL CONE WASHERS HAVE SPLITS IN THEM. LOCATE THE SPLIT AND THEN HAMMER AFLAT POINTY CHISEL INTO THE SPLIT. CHISEL CANNT BE MORE THAN 1/8 INCH WIDE.
