I used to fuel the airplanes here in vic, out at the airport, and they do a 4 liter water test befor fueling the big jets and several times a day, the fuel goes into a tank called the slop tank, thats just sample fuel , so we used to run Jet-A (slop)in my diesel blazer, not enough to dry it out, but i also run the lubricant, or biodiesel. wild times, we were encouraged to used up the jet A and the 110LL in our cars so they dident have to pay to get rid of it. my Saturn at the time used to REALLy haul on the 110LL
if you look at the airport, and see the front wheel drive cars , cut in half with frames way out in front, they are for carying float planes around that dont have wheels, they all run on 110LL slop . Killer fast those things.
