Awesome job Nick! Hopefully when all that snow melts I can come visit you. Thanks for all the help and advice you’ve given me during my build. JD will be missed.

Thank you and yes, one thing seems to lead to another. I also wish the build went as fast as posting up these pics.

Worked on the lower door sills and floor boards.

I should of replaced the entire floor pan, there was more rust than I thought and I kept burning through the older section.

Found some more corosian, had to cut it out, remove the box invading the nuts and weld it on to new metal.

I’m trying to catch up with my pics, I’m currently painting, some of these pics are a year or so old. Used Raptor Lining, sprayed three coats. Worked pretty well, but I have a couple bubbles where it didn’t stick. Probably my fault in regards to prep.

Sombody along the line cut a piece out on driver and passenger side, maybe for speakers? Figured this was not good, but good enough. I have a new dash pad to hide it.

This is my first time doing any type of body work, I used Eastwood products, the product I really liked was Contour Polyester Primer, it’s like a thick primer but considered body filler. It’s sprayed on after body filler and glazing putty. Being a new be, it’s hard to know when to stop and what will primer and paint hide. Eventually I said F it, move on, it’s a trail rig.

Never realized my door stop bracket was missing, luckily I had an extra door hidden away for parts.

Thank you, I liked the color combo, just was looking for something different.
