Rear seat modifications to increase LJ70 storage - suggestions?

Did you ever find a solution to the rear seat? I have an LJ70 I'm looking for rear seats that fit

I did not and with the passage of time, the family of three on the road is now two so tieback seat can just be unbolted and removed. Good luck with your LJ! After several years of on and off struggle (since I lived overseas and didn't have constant access to my truck), I finally sorted my overheating issue, which was due to over fueling from the boost compensator. Now its time to rebuild the transmission and hopefully sort out another years-long issue - a hot no-start condition. Cheers.

I'm on the hunt for a short body 70 series. Mainly LJ70 or BJ70 and I'm finding a lot of 2-seaters. Are all bodys built the same or is there a difference between 2/5 seaters from the factory that require some fabri-cobbling of the floor?
