Rear lights leaking - (not the upper (3rd) brake light!)

Thanks! Upon further examination, there seemed to be some cracking in the OEM sealant below the mounts. I slowly poured some water over them and seemingly revealed a few drops into that cavity. I applied some black silicone sealant to those; the roof rack bolts were plenty tight so I doubt it was coming from them. I only poured water over the cracks too, and was careful not to allow any to seep into the bolt area. See attached photo, I have to believe it’s letting water into the body.

Well I am lucky enough to not have any water getting in but my weather stripping must be worn out / compressed because I am taking on a lot of dust.

Anyone else have this issue ?

I can clearly see at the lower part of the seal all the dust getting past the seal. When the rear AC is cracking it just sucks all the dust in there and builds up heavily in that corner. I'll post some pics tomorrow.

I was hoping the weather strip replacement would be a easy peasy job with just clips of something but maybe not. I'd hate to mess up the replacement install and make things worse .

I was thinking of replacing the main seal and the one around the top hatch as well . Any other good install threads out there ?

Reviving an old thread.

Just got part number 67881-60010 from. The dealership and it comes with two yellow dots vs the purple to be centered. And one spot where it's looser.

Tried installing it the first time, felt a little too big, and water still came through ( like it went through the the inside channel and starting rising from the bottom in)

Any ideas of where the two yello dots are supposed to line up? I'm assuming the smaller holes to be facing outwards
