You can't buy just that part; it's not listed as a service part. You have to buy the lock set. The part number you want is 69055-60040:
You can buy it from Canada stock, or email Dave Stedman and get one from Japan (for a lot less).
You'll need to rekey the cylinder to match your other keys, unless you want a handful of keys. You can do it yourself,m or have a locksmith do it for you. It's not that hard.
