if I knew for sure that was the problem. I would not want to try and return it to him...but I bet someone else would need a knock sensor sometime soon....

While Robbie was showing me his quick technique for replacing my PHH, we threw on a sensor he had laying around. No CEL! It did go off again in the mountains, but I reset it again, and no CEL the past few days. It originally pulled 3 codes when I first got it, so hopefully the 'rear knock sensor' code is fixed. My gas mileage went up to 13 from the 10 it was getting with the CEL on.
