Currently in the process of replacing the control arms/tie rods, end links/shock bushings (with new stock) on the front end of my 200,000 mile 2006 LX.

Since I'm going to need an alignment after, probably makes sense to do the rear end while I'm at it.

Never redone a solid rear axle vehicle before-- what is everything I should be replacing to make the rear end drive like new?

Just bushings, there are no ball joints. Wheel bearings usually don’t need attention at your mileage.

Is it possible to buy the bushings (OE Toyota) alone for the rear control arm? Looking at parts diagrams, only seeing them sold in control arms.

Your comment jogged my memory. These are Toyota bushes that are compatible, which is to say they're from a 200 series or GX or something. There is no official part number in the diagrams for the 100 series so this is the only option without going aftermarket or whole new arms. Whether the rubber is slightly different I cannot say, but their dimensions are exact and they work well for me.

Looks like you're only saving ~40% vs new arms... so thinking I might just get new arms and skip the bushing fight.
