Rear Door Quarter Window (1 Viewer)

Anyone ever removed the little quarter window from the rear door? Specifically i am trying to find out if it is possible to do it without destroying the seal.

I've done it
You have to unscrew the guide channel from the top of the door frame as well as inside the door.
This, combined with the main window being down, loosens the gasket and glass enough to wiggle it loose. Then, just pry the glass from the gasket, or lower it into the door to completely remove.

It takes a bunch of wiggling and finagling. It's far easier to cut the gasket, but it is doable
