Rear diff activator 1999

My 99 will engage in center diff clock but not the rear locker . The rear locker light just blinks on the dash.. the rear actuator is brand new oem.

The rear actuator is getting power but not engaging. Now the center diff lock light on the dash dims when the truck is moving and flickers like a loose wire?? Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Have you tried driving it slowly after engaging? Mine sometimes needs a couple hundred feet to lock in.

^ this and try driving it in figure 8s. That typically helps it engage.
