You better be very picky if you're throwing 2500 at bumper/carrier.

One thing I would change on that bumper would be the pop-pin handles. Instead of the round ball handles, i'd opt for T shaped handles. mc master sells them. Here in the north east, i've have problems with my pins freezing (cold weather) and not being able to pull up on the pins to release my swingouts. Having the T-shaped handles that i've switched to, i have enough to grab on to so i can easily release the pins.
If cost was not an issue, I'd buy the Action Fab bumper. Quite possibly the best one available.
