Rear bumper ??

See pic. Middle of my bumper is totally rusted out. Is that a piece of frame that will have to be cut out and a new piece welded in ? Or is that a bumper part?

Frame. A lot of aftermarket bumpers have it completely cut off as part of their installation.

I would remove the reciever, mine was trapping about of rust and moisture.

that part is structural and used to have bolt holes where there is now a large "opening". You may be able to find it through a part out (several people on here do that sort of thing). I would check underneath and ensure you don't need to replace anything else.
