I had my brakes redone (rotors, pads, and calipers) by Les Schwab about a year ago. It's a long story as to why they did them (wasn't my first choice), but it has been one problem after another, starting with the calipers falling off 50 miles from the nearest town. I thought most of the issues were sorted out...
However, my rear rotors seem to be wearing in a strange way. But they are the same on both sides and I can't remember well enough if they were like this before. Just wanted to make sure they look funny to someone else
It seems like the pad is not wide enough and is not contacting the outside of the rotor properly, leading to the wide line of rust on the outside. Just wanted to see what someone else thought before I take them back in... again.
