Help!
I have an 06LC and after I had a rear brake job at my trusted shop, it developed a metal on metal scaping sound that has not been able to be corrected. It happens intermittently when the LC comes to a complete stop. It only happens when it is hot and after it has been driven for a several miles. It is a metal on metal scretch that is very loud.
We have replaced the following parts with toyota oem parts: pads, rotors, calipers and caliper hardware. I have had it back to the shop 5 times and the last time they lubricated the perches and said that should fix it which it did not.
Has anyone else had this problem?
