Rear axle washer

is it necessary? There wasn't one when I pulled the old bearing out and I didn't notice that the SOR kit came with 2 of these til after I put the one bearing back in. If it didn't have one in I'm sure it'd be fine without it again, just trying to make sure I didn't lose it during removal.

I just wash my rear axle when I'm washing the truck No extra washer.

The washer was used on the 9/73 and older models. That's why you didn't notice one when you pulled your old one out.

If you'd bought the bearings from me, you wouldn't have had this question, cause I wouldn't have included the washers in the first place!;p
