You guys did notice the Hurst style T-handle shifter, right? Those don't grow on trees ya-know. Couple that with the swing-out antenna, cyclops flood light, and the circa 1980 Grant steering wheel and it's a total resto-rod diamond in the rough.

If someone buys it for parts I'd be interested in the dash/knee pads, depending on condition.
 
On the same topic so figured I'd just add to this thread versus starting a new one. Anyone know this 40 or seen it in person? I'm heading down to Raleigh this Saturday and want to know if it's worth the drive out to Pittsboro to look at it. I'm specifically looking for a mustard 40 and while this one looks a little rough I'd rather restore a 40 to it's original color than not.
