Last week my brake pedal was very soft and spongy and today it was very stiff and had a short travel. Eventually the brakes started to slow the vehicle down and came to a stop without touching the pedal. It is currently locked up on the side of the road. Any thoughts?

When was the last time your brake fluid was flushed? Fluid level? Sounds like one or more of your calipers are stuck

Sounds like the adjuster rod from pedal to booster is just a wee bit too long. John
