My 1964 FJ40 has a lower radiator pipe installed as shown.

I'm hoping someone knows what period these two others are for. One should go in a 1962 FJ40. I think one in a '65? Maybe later?

Before cleaning one up I thought the heater return pipe was crimped and damaged. Turns out it is engineered that way for threading purposes. Is this piece OEM? Thanks.

I am not exactly an expert as my experience with this is just 1 hands on example, but I did do a crap ton of research when bringing mine back to using that early style coolant pipe and water pump.

I looked at practically every picture of these pipes that is available on the internet and have never seen what you got there. That threaded elbow almost looks like the return elbow used on the later style shorter version of the coolant pipe. Also, the pipe shape is not right on the lower end - it's not a 90 degree bend.

From my research, the part # 16507-60020, which is the one you have without the elbow, I thought was used 58-6/67 before the water pump changed to what was used to the end of the run. I bought a hose kit from @cruiseroutfit for this that was listed as for a 1/61-6/67 fitment but never looked into why. Now you have me wondering if there is actually an earlier version with a part #. Or you got something from a old Toyota forklift 😅.

It's a mystery. The boxes of parts for my '62 was extensive and the 1F engine AWOL. Some non-Toyota stuff snuck in too.
