Radiator Issuses

Hey Folks , what is the largest radiator i can put in my FJ80? ('92)

and if I do put a bigger radiator, what things do I need to consider? My TLC currently runs hot when I'm going up hill for more than 1 mile.

It doesn't sound like you need a larger radiator(rarely is this ever needed for a stock 1FZ-FE), but that you are in need of a major coolant system overhaul. I would begin by researching cooling systems and then starting going through the cooling system and bringing it back up to par.
