yes but....I believe you need to do a bit of grinding if it has an e-locker....

Anybody know where I can get one? (E-locker 3rd, I mean) A local yard has the whole axle for $1000, but I hate to deal with parting it out.

yes it will, if you want to run the locker you have to be full float.
