quick question on pulling t-case on 85 xtracab

im installing 4.7 marlins in a single foward shift case from my g52 ..

do i do anything different than pulling a top shift case ?.. im worried about the longer shift rods and pins or something im missing ..
looking at the 2 cases i only see 6 bolts to tranny is there anything else im missing ?

i dont want to screw it up thanks .. my chiltons is less than helpful ..

The difference between front shift and top shift is all in the shift forks I believe. Yes, go to MC.com and see the directions, pretty straight forward, took me 10 hours alone.... Great mod for sure!
