Just an FYI- These will not fit the "older style" ARB 80 series bumpers without modifications. Only a direct fit on the "new style" ARB bars utilizing part numbers 6821151L/R.
Good question. And what's the differences? I just received mine and those part number you listed is not what mine came with and it was made in September!
In short, the 80 series ARB bars have not received a facelift thus considered as "old style". Here is an example of the "New style" which utilize the part numbers mentioned earlier.

Those are turn signal lights. I searched ARB's site for LED flood/spot lights and I couldn't find any that would fit the "old" style bar.
